Dr. Vinod Kumar Kansal comes with more than 41 years of research experience in innovative and process development R & D. He has set up and led world-class Research & Development units in India - Teva API India Ltd., Alembic Pharmaceuticals & Amoli Organics. As part of the world-class organization, he has a good understanding of both the Indian and Global Pharmaceutical industries. During his tenure, he has developed competitive technologies in various areas of organic synthesis – aromatics, carbohydrates, heterocyclics, organometallics, natural products, polymers, and beta-lactams. With his innovative approach, he has more than 35 publications and 78 patents to his credit. During his professional career, he has won several awards for innovation, one of which is Teva’s highest “Gabby Pollack” award for developing innovative technologies.
